**Salary**: 15,000 to 25,000 + incentives

About Us:
Bond Safari Kovalam is Kerala’s top-rated PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Dive Resort, offering adventure tourism and scuba education for over a decade. We also run a certified diving academy training new divers and instructors from across India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to hotels, travel agencies, colleges, and corporates to promote Bond Safari activities and academy courses.

Distribute brochures, build partnerships, and generate B2B & B2C leads.

Explain products like Discover Scuba Diving, PADI courses, snorkeling, parasailing, and water activities to prospective clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Follow up on inquiries, calls, WhatsApp leads, and close bookings effectively.

Represent Bond Safari professionally during tourism events, college fairs, and tie-up visits.

Work closely with the in-house sales & operations team to align efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum +2 Pass; graduates in any discipline preferred.

Experience: Field sales, B2B marketing, hotel/tourism promotions preferred—but not required.

Language: Must speak Malayalam & English fluently. Hindi/Tamil is a bonus.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong local area knowledge (Thiruvananthapuram/Trivandrum)

Confidence to approach new clients face-to-face

Ability to work independently and hit field targets

Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)

Smartphone with basic internet usage skills

Willingness to travel across South Kerala and nearby tourist zones
