**About Anant National University**:
Anant National University, India’s first DesignX university, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.
Our DesignX way is unique in helping young designers develop a better understanding of the context we live in through community immersion, innovation and collaboration. The Anant Alumni Relations Office (AARO) is dedicated to strengthening the bond between alumni and the university by keeping alumni engaged, connected, and well-informed with updates in the community. AARO provides a wide range of collaborative platforms, facilitating professional networking, opportunities to connect with university’s resources, and support for personal and professional development. Whether alumni are looking to enhance their professional growth, give back to the institution, or reconnect with the university community, AARO is their primary resource for sustained and lifelong engagement with Anant.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:
Alumni Engagement and Database Management
- Build, maintain, and update the alumni database while ensuring accurate registrations and smooth communication.
- Support alumni engagement through effective relationship management and timely updates.
Content and Design Creation
- Develop visual and written content for alumni collaterals, events, and the AARO portal.
- Design graphics, posters, and other visual assets as per project needs.
Event and Administrative Support
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing alumni events and meets.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure successful event delivery.
Data-Driven Insights and Strategic Support
- Create surveys, reports, and updates to analyse alumni feedback and engagement.
- Contribute to content planning, strategy, and execution to enhance alumni outreach and participation.
