**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Design**: Design visually appealing packaging that communicates brand identity and enhances product presentation for both digital and physical retail environments.
- **Branding & Logo Design**: Develop creative logos and branding elements that resonate with the target audience, maintaining consistency across all design touchpoints.
- **Motion Graphics**: Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content for promotional materials, advertisements, and social media campaigns using **After Effects** and **Premiere Pro**.
- **Visual Assets Creation**: Produce high-quality digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, advertisements, websites, and social media graphics.
- **Creative Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand goals, and translate those into innovative visual concepts.
- **Software Mastery**: Utilize **Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro** to create compelling visuals and animations. Ensure seamless integration of these tools within the Creative Cloud ecosystem.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized project files, version control, and backup procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all design projects.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain the highest standards of visual quality, consistency, and functionality.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and output.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum [X] years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Graphic Designer, or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, packaging, and motion graphics.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert-level skills in **Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro**, and a solid working knowledge of **Creative Cloud tools** (Adobe XD, InDesign, etc.).
- **Motion Design & Animation**: Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles, with experience creating video content for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- **Branding Expertise**: Proven ability to develop and execute cohesive branding strategies that align with a company’s vision and voice.
- **Packaging Design**: Solid understanding of packaging design principles for print and digital products, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing packaging.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and accuracy in every aspect of design work, from concept to execution.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong creative flair and the ability to think outside the box while adhering to client guidelines and objectives.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team and with other departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working in **eCommerce** or **consumer goods packaging**.
- Knowledge of **UI/UX principles** and experience with **web design**.
- Familiarity with **3D design software** (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Experience in **video editing** and creating content for platforms such as **YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok**
