**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to:

- Overseeing production processes
- Managing inventory levels
- Coordinating logistics and supply chain activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and sales, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
- Monitor and control operational costs to optimize profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operations management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
