- Responsibilities_
- _General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, stock and sales, balance sheet and PNL reporting) Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, amortization) and Cost Accounting_
- _Preparing the balance sheets and checking all the accounts (banks, fixed assets, client accounts, supplier accounts, tax accounts, etc.)_
- _Closings and reconciliations for the managed accounts_
- _Daily monitoring and processing of cash management activity_
- _Analyzing and posting the accounting journals, making reclassifications and corrections_
- _Handling the accounts reconciliation for the group companies according to procedures, when required_
- _Preparing the reports for the final balance sheet for each month end within the consolidated ERP system_
- _Preparing the VAT declarations and the accounting journals when required_
- _Managing the salary expenses and make the payments when necessary_
- _Offering the necessary reports and information for the internal and external controls_
- _Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client_
- _Communicating in a timely manner any relevant information related to the process_
- _Respecting the activity schedule established with the customer_
- _Country specific knowledge of taxation (VAT and CIT) & accounting rules applicable particularly for country-to-country transition_
- _Ad-hoc reporting, based on manager’s request_
- _Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _Accounting knowledge - intermediate level;_
- _Specific knowledge for the product delivered_
- _Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge_
- _Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast_
- _Relevant work experience in Accounting_
- _Relevant experience in coordinating teams_
- _Previous exposure to transformation and productivity initiatives_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Advanced degree in accounting - CPA or equivalent with relevant years of experience_
- _Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly_
- _High motivation and willingness to learn_
- _Ability to work under time pressure_
