Job Description:
Walnut Child Development Clinic, is looking for a qualified HR and Operations Manager with a medical degree and an MBA. Experience 5 to 10 years of recruitment/TA from hospital industry. Experience should be in hiring different positions like nurses, technical, medical/doctors, admin staff, etc by various channels. Willing perform other duties of HR. Should have ownership attitude and oversee the operations of 5 clinics, ensuring efficient operations and a supportive work environment. The HR and Operations Manager will collaborate with the center heads of each clinic to provide high-quality services and meet the unique needs of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to hire and retain staff skilled in autism care.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment across all clinics.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, focusing on each clinic's contributions to autism care.
- Training & Development: Organize staff training programs, ensuring knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
- Compliance: Ensure that all clinics comply with healthcare regulations related to autism therapy and labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring fairness and consistency across locations.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Multi-Clinic Coordination: Work with the center heads to manage daily operations at each clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational consistency.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows and implement best practices for high-quality autism care.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of facilities and equipment at all clinics.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage the operational budgets for all clinics, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and risk management protocols across the clinics, especially in relation to autism therapy.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership and center heads to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and growth.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS, BDS, etc.) with an MBA in Human Resources, Operations, or related fields.
- Experience in HR and operations management, preferably in healthcare or autism care environments.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, particularly in managing multiple locations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, autsim & child development, and operational best practices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
