Floor In charge - Grade 3 & Grade 4

**Job Summary**:
The Floor In charge for Grade 3 and Grade 4 is responsible for managing the daily operations, discipline, and academic flow on the assigned floor. This role requires close coordination with teachers, students, and administration to ensure a structured, safe, and effective learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities :Academic Monitoring**:

- Supervise teaching and learning activities in all Grade 3 and 4 classrooms.
- Ensure timely execution of lesson plans and adherence to the academic calendar.
- Support teachers in classroom management and learning improvement strategies.

**Student Discipline & Welfare**:

- Maintain student discipline, punctuality, and order throughout the school day.
- Address behavioral issues professionally and ensure positive student development.
- Monitor students during arrival, breaks, lunch, and dispersal for safety and conduct.

**Staff Support & Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between floor teachers and academic management.
- Assist with teacher attendance, substitution planning, and basic classroom needs.
- Help new or struggling teachers integrate into the floor environment.

**Communication & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily logs of floor activities, including incidents, attendance, and concerns.
- Report regularly to the Academic Coordinator regarding progress and challenges.
- Communicate updates and instructions from management to floor staff.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and proper use of classrooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the admin team.
- Ensure that school policies and procedures are followed consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** (Education or a related field preferred)
- **Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience** in a similar role (teacher, coordinator, or in charge) - **experience is mandatory**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and disciplined academic environment
- Familiarity with school protocols and student behavior management techniques

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in child development or classroom management
- Experience with academic planning or coordination
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of School Management Systems (SMS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
