**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage high-performing **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
*Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
*Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better ad placements and lower CPC.
*Stay updated on **Google and Meta algorithm changes**, new ad features, and industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
*Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
*Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet campaign goals within the contract period.
