**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.)
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients/stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search marketing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (2+ years preferred)
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with other PPC platforms (Meta Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,337.65 - ₹41,052.80 per month
