**Responsibilities**:

- Initial admission of any products received in our systems and creating order Id for further
- Processing of such products along with requisite other steps required during such process.
- Timely updation and order management to be held electronically.
- Inventory management (electrical as well physical).
- Actively handle day to day operations department work in relation to our service provision on different products for our clients.
- Creating out-bound entries of against orders finished and due for despatch
- Maintaining an active relationship with sales, logistics and invoicing departments.
- Communicating with clients wherever any additional permission ought to be taken for some additional work required apart from those for which permission is taken earlier.
- Solving any queries in relation to our services to customers, updating them on current status of their product and other relevant communication wherever required.
- Sending Tracking information to customers
- Deciding routes for inter-city pickups/deliveries
- Arranging urgent pick-ups for B2B.

**Qualifications Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2 years working experience or 1+ year experience in operations, merchandising or other associated profiles.
- Average Proficiency in English ( spoken and written )
- Earlier experience in maintaining data in spreadsheets, order management etc.

**Skills Requirement**
- Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability and good problem solving skills
- Good planning and organizing skills as well as able to coordinate with different in-house

technicians in relation to any work with respect to client’s products due for service.
- Previous working experience with spreadsheets, data entry, working in a team environment
- Open to adapt to organizational changes
- Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same

organization

Salary - Around 30-35K (little negotiable based on experience)

Location - Mayur Vihar, Delhi

Job Type - Full - Time / On-site

Timings - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)

Joining Type - Immediate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
