Key Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and implement test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Manage and oversee automation test plans, execution, and reporting across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to drive automation initiatives.
Work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.
Establish key automation metrics and track automation effectiveness, test coverage, and defect leakage.

Skills & Experience:
10+ years in software testing and automation, with at least 5 years in a Test Program Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium,, JUnit,
Experience in API automation
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Java or Python,
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead automation initiatives in Agile environments.
Experience in leading large-scale test automation projects across web, mobile, and API platforms.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing geographically distributed teams and working in an offshore-onsite model
