**We are a USA-based, privately owned trucking company looking for an experienced Dispatcher to help manage our Growing company and this can be your chance to lead a team for a fast-growing Company. We are looking for bright, smart, and passionate individuals to join our team.**
- **This is not a Work from home Job. The office is in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. **_

**Responsibilities**
- Booking loads and dispatching as per truck requirements.
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout the day to make sure shipment is on the right track.
- Ensure the Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load.
- Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, brokers.
- Making invoices and submitting invoices for payment.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers and customers to ensure competitive lane pricing for drivers
- Dispatches drivers and provides routing directions, loading/unloading instructions, and other shipment information as needed
- Provide shipment tracking updates to customers and tracks shipments to verify on-time pickups and delivery
- Dispatch all loads in a timely manner to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
- General knowledge of DOT laws and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, both written and verbal. Good hold on American accent. Be confident.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of work Experience in a USA based companies.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
