Dispatcher – Pearl Transport Inc.Company DescriptionPEARL TRANSPORT INCis a trucking company that partners withowner operators and carriers across Canada.Role DescriptionThis is afull-time remote rolefor aDispatcheratPEARL TRANSPORT INC.The Dispatcher will be responsible for:Coordinating and dispatching transportation vehicles.Finding loads for trucks and negotiating rates with brokers.Providing daily updates to drivers and brokers.Communicating effectively via phone, email, and messaging apps.Managing and converting owner-operator leads— reaching out, explaining company benefits, andrecruiting qualified Canadian owner operatorsto join our fleet.Maintaining accurate records and communication logs.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of dispatching experience(preferably in the Canadian market).Proven experience working with and recruiting Canadian owner operators.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of transportation logistics, routing, and brokerage communication.High school diploma or equivalent.Fluent inEnglish ,Hindi , andPunjabi(spoken and written).Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Dispatch Software, TMS).Familiarity withXpert IT Dispatchis required.Experience usingDAT or other load boardsfor booking loads.Available forflexible hours , including weekends if needed.Equipment Required for Remote WorkWindows desktop computer.Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).Smartphone with Whats App.Quiet, distraction-free workspace.Notebook or whiteboard for notes.Proper lighting and power backup.Salary:₹30,000 per month
