**Factory Medical Officer (Female)**

**Job Overview**:As a Factory Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing medical care, promoting health and wellness, and ensuring the overall well-being of employees within the factory premises. Your role involves addressing immediate medical needs, conducting health assessments, and implementing preventive healthcare measures.

**Responsibilities**:Provide immediate medical assistance in case of injuries, accidents, or emergencies within the factory. Conduct initial assessments, administer first aid, and coordinate with external medical services when necessary. Manage and treat minor illnesses and injuries on-site.

Develop and implement health promotion programs to foster a healthy work environment. Conduct awareness sessions on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and stress management. Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees. Monitor and manage immunization programs to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.

Collaborate with occupational health and safety teams to identify and mitigate workplace health risks.Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees. Generate reports on health trends, occupational illnesses, and injury statistics. Develop and implement emergency response protocols in collaboration with the factory's safety team.

Conduct regular drills to ensure the preparedness of the medical team in case of emergencies.Work closely with other departments, including HR and safety, to address health-related concerns. Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services.

**Qualifications**:Medical degree from a recognized institution. Valid medical license and registration. Previous experience in occupational health or emergency medicine is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Commitment to promoting a healthy and safe work environment.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
