Pharmacist

**Job Overview**:As an Industrial Pharmacist in a factory setting, you will be responsible for managing the pharmaceutical needs of the workforce to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Your role involves dispensing medications, providing health education, and collaborating with occupational health and safety teams.

**Responsibilities**:Dispense prescription medications to factory employees based on valid prescriptions. Monitor and manage over-the-counter medications available in the factory's medical facility. Conduct health education sessions for employees on topics such as preventive healthcare, medication management, and lifestyle choices.

Provide guidance on occupational health risks and safety measures related to medications. Work closely with occupational health and safety teams to address health-related concerns in the workplace. Provide expertise on the impact of medications on job performance and safety.

Develop and implement protocols for managing medical emergencies in collaboration with the factory's emergency response team. Conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness for medical emergencies. Organize and conduct health screenings for factory employees, including blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, and other relevant assessments.

Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized health screenings when necessary. Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to medication safety within the factory. Participate in the investigation and reporting of medication-related incidents or errors. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees. Generate reports on health trends, occupational illnesses, and medication usage.

**Qualifications**:Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid pharmacy license in the state or country of practice. Previous experience in an industrial or occupational health setting is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
