**What you’ll do**:

- Scrum Master -Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as scrum master
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFE agile, etc.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Miro. Certified in SAFe
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and user stories etc.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of telecom industry- Experience in software development
- Knowledge of technology domain
- German and English speaking is a nice to have.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in scrum master role
- Knowledge of various tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
- Knowledge of various metrics like burn down chart, defect density etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively especially in an onsite/offshore setup
- Excellent leadership skills. Ability to manage a diverse team

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree or higher degree in software engineering or related technical discipline
