Oversee the daily functioning of the pharmacy, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Ensure the proper dispensing of medications, including verifying prescriptions and ensuring dosage accuracy.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure their duties are carried out effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies concerning pharmacy practice.
- Develop and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
- Manage the pharmacy inventory, including the ordering, stocking, and storage of medications.
- Monitor stock levels and order medications in a timely manner to prevent shortages.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medications, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice.
- Ensure staff adhere to professional conduct and guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Organize regular training sessions for staff on new medication practices, regulatory changes, and customer service.
- Provide medication counseling to patients, including instructions on dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Address and resolve any patient inquiries or concerns regarding medication.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure optimal drug therapy management.
- Assist in ensuring patient safety through accurate medication dispensing and patient education.
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulatory requirements concerning pharmacy practice.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled substances.
- Ensure that the pharmacy meets safety and health standards, including managing hazardous drugs and ensuring proper disposal of medications.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and pharmacy best practices.
- Help in managing the pharmacy’s budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Analyze and report on financial performance related to inventory costs and sales.
- Assist in maintaining cost controls and achieving budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive appropriate care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans.
- Communicate any issues related to medications, such as drug interactions or allergies, to the relevant healthcare professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
