Role and Responsibilities- Create, manage and monitor ServiceNow discovery jobs- Create and maintain hardware and software models- Maintain master data for locations and services- Maintain hardware asset data from order (ASN), to receipt, to deployment, to retirement, to disposal- Maintain software license metrics and normalization for SAM- Reconcile software license usage with entitlements- Maintain data quality within CMDB

Must Have Skills:
- 1-2 year's experience in ServiceNow as Discovery Admin, software or hardware asset manager, or software license desk- Software model normalization- Hardware model normalization- Cloud discovery and assets GCP/Azure/AWS- ITIL processes- ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, ITAM modules

Nice To Have Skills:
- Software audits- Discovery protocols SSH, WMI, SNMP, Cloud Portals- ServiceNow development
