**Reports To**: Director/HR Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. This includes coordinating transportation, managing inventory, handling documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage logistics documentation including invoices, shipping documents, customs clearance, and other required paperwork.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and inventory levels.
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Handle logistics-related problem resolution, including delays, damages, or customs issues.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, delivery times, costs, and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of customs regulations and import/export documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
