We are inviting applicants who are highly motivated and dedicated to join for the role of Telecalling Executive **[Female]**

**Qualification**: Under Graduate or Graduated. (English Medium)

**Language**: English

**Experience**: 6 Months +

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Shift Timing**: 10:00Am - 7:00 Pm (Sunday Off)

**Salary**: 7000 - 12000/- + net depending on the experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities-**

1) Knowing all the details of the service offerings.

2) Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.

3) Meet and exceed working target set by the organization.

4) Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.

5) Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s services

6) Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

7) Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.

8) Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.

9) Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

10) Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

11) Answering all queries and questions regarding the company services

12) Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

13) Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
