- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Build rapport with customers to maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits and features of the products/services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Update and manage the customer database regularly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall company goal

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
