
Customer Service Executive

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Please note that this role requires on-site presence in Mumbai.
**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
