**Responsibilities**:
Financial Planning & Analysis - Graduate Analyst
Assist in the month end management accounting close process
Analyse financial performance against budget & forecast, identifying trends & variances.
Ensure the correct classification of costs & revenues through month end analytical review
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
Support month-end close process by posting the accruals, reclass & prepayment journal entries & ensure ledger integrity.
Contribute to the monthly reporting pack for submission for senior management
Data loads and posting of month end journals in Prophix
Supporting the audit process for group/local entities where required
Project based and ad-hoc work as required within the dynamic team
**What We're Looking For**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial control, or related roles.
CA Intermediate / ICWA Inter / MBA Finance
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operations principles
Hands-on experience in MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of SAP/Oracle would also be advantageous
Works to given deadlines and anticipates likely workflows
Excellent communication skills for interaction with personnel at all levels in the organization
