Shift: US ShiftSummaryThe role of aBusiness Analystis to ensure service delivery in accordance with the defined SLAs/KPIs. Ensure to deliver performance that meets or exceeds the Service Level Agreement in terms of quality and efficiency; assist the FP&A Leader on resolving issues; generates ideas for and participates in process improvement opportunities.The Analyst will be responsible for timely completion of activities as part of the FP&A/Reporting function, which would include business unit, country, region and global financial reporting; managing financial planning process for forecasts and budgets; period-end close & reporting; ensuring accuracy and speed of financial reporting; help setting up actionable financial reporting for Business leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Budgeting, Reforecasts, Financial Commitment ProcessManage change to deliver on stricter Timelines and being Accurate under PressureSupports profit improvement activities driving significant gainsExcels in analyzing profitability data and uncovering actionable insightsWork with India FP&A Leaders & TPUKISSA Finance to implement strategies to present actionable financial information to business leadersImplement best practices in the FP&A/Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the processCost savings to FP&A/Reporting processes directly under purviewWorking with a strong team of analysts within the Verticals and FP&A function, including being involved in any Ad-hoc requests.Required skills and experience:1 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the BPO industry. Out of which 1-2 years of experience in FP&A or MIS or Financial Management reporting.Bachelor's in Commerce / BBA Preferred (Any Graduation program accepted though)Good Analytical and Quantitative skillsGood financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reportingMust be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in pressure situationsProficient in MS Excel and experience in working with an ERP/Financial SystemExperience of working on BI tools like Power BI, Cognos/Planning Analytics is preferredAbility to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions.
