We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Speech Therapist to work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including Speech therapists, Occupational therapists, Behaviour therapists, and Special educators. The job will require you to conduct assessments and form a holistic therapy plan in association with the team members. Parent education and guidance would be an important part of your daily work.

**Skills required (Some or all of the following)**:

- Parent Counselling

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out assessments for children with developmental disabilities and neuro-divergence.
- Forming brief assessment reports in simple language for parents to understand.
- Counselling the parents about the condition, assessment results, and way forward.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to form a therapy plan.
- Provide regular parent education and obtain feedback from them.
- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for direction.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods.
- Open to learning and upskilling.
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree/certification in the related field.
- Experience with home therapy planning is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
