**Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges through onsite and online therapy sessions.
- Develop detailed client reports, treatment plans, and home programs tailored to individual needs.
- Create interactive worksheets and tools for client engagement on the company website.
- Collaborate with therapists and teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
- Drive research projects, develop proposals, and supervise data collection for clinical advancements.
- Partner with universities and research institutions for collaborative studies and clinical expertise.
- Prepare and present research findings through papers, posters, and publications.
- Create high-quality digital content for e-learning, training courses, and promotions.
- Conduct internal and external training programs for therapists and clients across regions.
- Plan and deliver skill-building programs and ensure adherence to therapy best practices.
- Travel for seminars, client consultations, and events as per project requirements.
- Write blogs, articles, and books to promote industry knowledge and Speechgears' offerings.
- Contribute to the overall development and success of Speechgears and its initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (if required by local regulations).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with individuals with autism and related conditions.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging therapy plans both onsite and virtually.
