About Tagway:

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Visual Content Designer who can elevate our social media presence, engage our audience, and visually represent our innovative solutions.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, videos, and stories for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Create engaging content that effectively communicates the unique features and benefits of our RFID-based app and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with the brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Work with different formats and styles, from infographics and animations to short-form videos and testimonials.
- Use various design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, After Effects) to produce high-quality content.
- Track and analyze content performance to optimize designs for better engagement and growth in follower count.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
- Qualifications:

- Proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, and typography, with a strong design portfolio.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- AI knowledge and ability to think out of box

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,189.11 - ₹41,805.84 per month
