We’re looking for a highly skilled **Meta Ads Expert** to join our team and drive exceptional results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to achieve client goals.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including lookalike and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta’s algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing strategists to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize client results while minimizing costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, bid strategies, and campaign scaling techniques.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives are a plus.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
