**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field; completion of a postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams.
