**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance**: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
- **Technical Support**: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist users with technical queries and problems.
- **Network Management**: Assist in the setup and management of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- **Documentation**: Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Manage backup processes and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
