Telecalling Representative

We are searching for an articulate Telesales Representative to be responsible for soliciting sales over the phone. The Telesales Representative's responsibilities embrace contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, that specialize in customer service, and documenting client info, purchases, and reactions. A Telesales Representative has glorious communication skills yet as sales ability. you ought to be meticulous to keep records, and able to handle all aspects of customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking inquiries to interact with customers and keep the speech communication going.
- Listening to the customers' has to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to products/services.
- Answering customers' queries on the product.
- Meeting sales quotas.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

.Excellent communication skills.
- Able to solve problems of customers.
- Effective leadership and management skills.
- Basic Knowledge of computer.(MS Office, Excel,Word)

.Basic Knowledge of DMT, Insurance etc. (If have)
- Self management and convincing skills.

.The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
