- Promote a positive and supportive working environment.

Financial Management**:
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately.
- Oversee fundraising initiatives and secure grants or donations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports.

Community Engagement**:
- Develop partnerships with local organizations, donors, and government agencies.
- Organize outreach programs to raise awareness and support for the destitute home.
- Represent the organization at public events and meetings.

Compliance and Safety**:
