Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare technology? Join our fast-growing healthcare technology startup in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space We’re looking for a **Healthcare Process Associate (RCM)** to join our team and help drive innovation in **front-end RCM automation**.

In this role, you will perform insurance benefits verification, prior authorization tasks, and related RCM processes for our US-based healthcare practice clients. You'll also have the opportunity to investigate complex cases and contribute to training our AI platform to enhance accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct insurance verification by contacting insurance companies.
- Communicate with clients and potential clients in the US time zone.
- Perform tasks related to prior authorization and other front-end RCM operations.
- Take on additional tasks that may include business development, inside sales, marketing, and general operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Attention to detail**: Accuracy and a meticulous approach are critical.
- **Healthcare expertise**: A background in RCM services or insurance verification is preferred.
- **Communication skills**: Strong verbal communication skills, with US accent familiarity a bonus.
- **Night shift availability**: This is a night shift role aligned with US working hours.

Ideal Profile (not mandatory):

- Previous experience with US-based calling in a BPO or KPO environment.
- Passion for healthcare and technology.
- Strong critical thinking skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
