Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website in search engine results pages (SERP).
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content, including meta tags, headlines, and page descriptions.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals, to implement SEO and SEM strategies.
- Provide reports and insights to stakeholders on search performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, including managing PPC campaigns and improving SERP rankings.
- Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (required)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
