**Job Summary**:
As an SEO, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and online content to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall visibility. You will analyze website performance, conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for our industry and target audience.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for targeted keywords and search intent.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and URL structure optimization.
- Monitor and improve website performance, including page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX) factors.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and best practices.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and other local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.
- Develop and execute link building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance backlink profile.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
- Examine and optimize metrics for campaigns using analytics/reporting tools like Google Analytics and other industry tools
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and take necessary actions across all digital campaigns
- Stay informed about competitor SEO strategies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO tools, techniques, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience with local SEO strategies and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
