- Teach both **Paper I** (Political Theory, Indian Politics) and **Paper II** (Comparative Politics, International Relations) as per the UPSC syllabus.
- Design and deliver engaging lectures and high-quality study material.
- Conduct answer writing practice sessions and provide personalized feedback.
- Help students understand concepts through real-world examples and current affairs integration.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC trends and past year questions.
- Evaluate test series and guide students on performance improvement.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentorship programs as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree or higher in Political Science or related field.
- Prior teaching experience in the UPSC domain (PSIR) preferred.
- Strong command over the entire PSIR syllabus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- PhD from a central university is a plus (optional).
