**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Senior UI/Visual Designer** to bring strategic creative visions to life, delivering **engaging, attractive, and highly functional** digital experiences. You will lead and inspire, guiding projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and building trusted client relationships.

You’ll be working on **responsive websites, apps, and digital platforms**, blending creativity and precision to design experiences that resonate with users while aligning with client business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver compelling conceptual designs and innovative visual explorations.
- Create and maintain modern, **design-token-based Design Systems** for brand consistency and workflow efficiency (Figma-first).
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, strategists, and project managers.
- Present designs to clients, gather feedback, and refine concepts.
- Build strong client relationships through strategic, empathetic design solutions.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements, feedback, and deadlines.
- Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to understand audience needs.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional UI design experience with responsive interfaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **brand-led, high-quality UI design**.
- Experience with **design systems** (creation and evolution).
- Proven track record of leading UI design across multiple platforms.
- End-to-end project ownership experience.
- Skilled in **Figma**, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of **UI/interaction design best practices** for responsive experiences.
- Understanding of **accessibility** and **UX principles**.

**Bonus Skills** _(Nice to Have)_
- Experience designing for CMS platforms (Sitecore, Acquia, Optimizely).
- Agile process familiarity.
- Mobile app design expertise.
- Motion design capabilities.
