**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organization
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

**Required Skills**:

- Proven UI design experience (2+ years preferred) with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work
- proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, UXPin, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with an understanding of responsive design
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
- Up-to-date knowledge of design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing processes
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and an understanding of layout and typography
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in web and mobile app design is a plus
