**Web/Brand **Designer**:
Join our dynamic team as a Web/Brand Designer specializing in Brand and UX design, where you will be a key contributor to shaping user experiences through innovative content creation. This position is as tactical as it is strategic; managing multiple moving pieces while being a strong operator in the weeds.

This role extends beyond traditional design; you'll play a vital role in integrating AI tools to enhance

visual creatives. You will have demonstrated strengths in understanding consumer trends, tracking the competitive landscape and delivering designs that help convert. We're seeking a creative mind with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, coupled with experience using Adobe Suite and the ability to create content that elevates the visual storytelling experience.

**Key **Responsibilities**:
**UX **Content **Design**: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly content for various digital platforms, emphasizing UI/UX principles. Collaborate seamlessly with UX/UI designers to ensure cohesive

integration of content into the overall design framework.

**Conceptualize **and **Execute**:Create designs that support brand campaigns, ensuring strong design and consistency across all digital touchpoints to create best-in-class work.

**Pitch **Material **& **Packaging**:Develop compelling designs to support brand marketing pitches and

initiatives across retail partners, including packaging design. Follow and maintain brand identity standard and process guides.

**AI **Integration**: Lead the incorporation of AI tools into the content creation process, enhancing the

efficiency and creativity of visual assets. Provide guidance on best practices for integrating AI-generated content within the visual design workflow.

**Cross-functional **Collaboration**:Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to content creation.

**User-Centric **Approach**:Keep the end-user in mind, leveraging AI tools and Adobe Suite to enhance the overall user experience and engagement with visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years proven experience as a designer with a specialization in UX, ideally within a design
- focused industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual creatives and UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet project deadlines.
- You can clearly and confidently present your designs and receive feedback graciously.
- Experience in integrating AI tools into the design process, with a focus on creating and improving AI prompts for visual content.
- 4+ years of digital/web/brand design experience preferred.
