Job Responsibilities:
Maintain active social media presence across all channels and social media handles
- Create jewellery-specific content (reels, styling videos, live sessions, jewellery care tips) that educates and inspires customers, driving both online and showroom visits.
- Identify, liaise, and manage influencer/celebrity collaborations for product promotions, campaign shoots, and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, optimize targeting, manage budgets, and improve ROI with data-driven strategies.
- Conceptualize and promote campaigns around Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, weddings, anniversaries, and showroom events to maximize brand traction.
- Drive engagement by planning short-form videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes showroom clips tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and showroom sales teams to ensure promotions, stock, and offers are consistent across digital and offline channels.
- Scheduling content release timelines for engagement
- Run contests, polls, and giveaways to build customer loyalty and repeat interactions.
- Support marketing team with creative inputs for newsletters and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring synergy across all digital channels
- Present monthly/weekly insights to management on campaign outcomes, customer growth, and engagement improvements.
- Research Jewellery industry trends, competitor campaigns, and new social media features; suggest innovative adoption.
- Monitor online conversations, manage reviews and feedback, and ensure positive brand perception in digital spaces.
- Experience in running **paid campaigns** on Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads is an advantage.
- Ability to **coordinate with agencies/vendors** and manage multiple stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Jewellery industry or **luxury/lifestyle marketing** background will be a **big plus**.
- Strong command of English and able to write engaging product descriptions, with excellent grammar and punctuation that include SEO rich keywords.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **content creation tools** like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Graduate and or Degree in Marketing or Social Media

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
