Assistant Professor

**Job Title: Assistant Professor in English at HCCMAT**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching**: Deliver high-quality lectures, lead discussions at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

2. **Research**: Engage in scholarly activities, including conducting research, publishing in reputable journals, and participating in conferences to contribute to the academic field.

3. **Mentoring**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.

4. **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Communicative English curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant.

5. **Service**: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities that contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.

**Qualifications**:
Master’s Degree in English with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Freshers with good academic records can also to apply.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrated research capabilities.

**Application Processed**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
