**Job Description**Implementation of activities at the field level involves project execution and

reporting. Responsibilities include selecting stakeholders and collecting data as

required by the project. Stakeholders selection for activities, assisting with

training, documenting processes, and liaising with line departments and other

stakeholders.

**Job Description**The volunteers will act as field-level organizers/community mobilizers and

bridge the project team to the community.

The volunteers will contribute to the planning and the execution of the rural

development programmes, by enabling access to the villages

The volunteers should develop and keep a good rapport with Local Self

Governments/Line Departments in the project villages.

The volunteers selected will undergo capacity enhancement as offered by

the project team with the help of external experts if required
