**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue within the signage market.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide expert guidance to clients in choosing the right signage solutions based on their needs and budgets.
- Generate and follow up on leads, with a focus on both inbound and outbound sales.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and grow the business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the signage industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the signage, print, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of signage products and services, including materials, production processes, and design options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-centric attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
