Position Summary

We're on the lookout for a Full-Time Travel Agent to join our team and assist clients in planning and organizing their travel experiences. We need someone with a genuine passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of popular destinations and booking processes. This role offers flexibility and is perfect for individuals seeking supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
- Offer personalized recommendations tailored to clients' preferences, budgets, and desired experiences.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to negotiate rates, arrange group bookings, and secure reservations.
- Process bookings accurately and promptly using our booking systems or online platforms.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service throughout their journey.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety guidelines for various destinations.
- Maintain client records securely, including contact details, itineraries, and special requests.
- Recommend additional services and products such as travel insurance or excursions to enhance clients' experiences.
- Foster teamwork and knowledge-sharing within the agency by collaborating with colleagues and senior agents.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role within the travel industry.
- Thorough understanding of popular travel destinations, booking procedures, and travel documentation requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in computer reservation systems (CRS) or online booking platforms.
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional travel-related certifications or training preferred.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
