**Role**: Digital Marketing Associate (SEO/PPC)
**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our digital presence through website optimization, SEO and PPC strategies, helping position our company as the leading research and advisory firm to the financial services industry.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Website Publishing & Maintenance _
- Publish new content on the website, ensuring proper optimization for SEO, image compression, and layout consistency in WordPress.
- Tag and organize content assets to ensure proper categorization and searchability
- Support the implementation of A/B tests to optimize page layouts and conversion elements
- Optimize user experience, ensuring that SEO improvements align with enhancing site usability and engagement.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytics reports on key website performance metrics and core web vitals, implementing recommended optimizations to improve performance

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement long-term SEO strategies that align with business goals
- Create and update meta titles, descriptions, alt text and copy across website pages to align with SEO strategy
- Conduct keyword research to identify new optimization opportunities aligned to our priority topics and products
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues like broken links, missing meta descriptions, and improper redirects
- Create and maintain a monthly SEO dashboard tracking key metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlink analysis and technical health scores
- Paid Advertising_
- Set up and manage LinkedIn audiences and advertising campaigns to promote marketing campaign content
- Execute Google Ads campaigns focusing on priority keywords and brand terms
- Track campaign performance for LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimizing ads based on key metrics like CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and adjusting bids/budgets as necessary
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, opportunities for improvement, and insights from competitor campaigns
**Success Measures**:
- Establish baseline SEO performance metrics within first 30 days by implementing comprehensive tracking in Google Analytics and Search Console
- Increase organic search traffic by 10% quarter-over-quarter through technical SEO improvements and content optimization
- Achieve 100% completion rate for technical SEO fundamentals checklist within first 90 days (meta descriptions, alt text, proper heading structure, XML sitemap)
- Build a keyword ranking tracker for 50 priority terms and improve average ranking by 5 positions within 6 months
- Achieve lead target for PPC channels and keep cost per lead within 10% of target across all paid campaigns
- Generate 15+ qualified enterprise leads monthly through organic search channels
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in SEO and PPC
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
- Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead generation tactics for B2B audiences
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, with a focus on B2B technology content
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for website maintenance
- Interest in financial services and technology industry trends is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
