URGENT HIRING

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell banquet and event spaces to individuals, corporates, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections with potential clients.
- Maintain a database of current and prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote banquet services.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banquet or event sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
