**ob Title: Site Hospitality/Site Guest Relations Manager**

**Job Location: Mumbai**

**Job Overview**:

- Seeking a courteous and attentive Site Hospitality/Site Guest Relations Officer to join our Site team
- Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our project sites, ensuring a positive for all visitors and stakeholders.
- Welcome visitors, residents and guests to the project site and office in a friendly and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact and ambassador of the Company
- Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding project amenities, facilities, services and available units
- Coordinate and manage guest arrivals and departures, including registration, check-ins and check-out process
- Ensure that reception areas, lobbies and common areas are clean, organized and presentable at all times
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries, requests and concerns raised by visitors, residents and guests.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure that access control measures are enforced and visitor entry procedures are followed
- Manage, Assist and schedule property tours, site visits and inspections for prospective buyers, tenants and stakeholders
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address any issues or maintenance requests raised by visitors
- Manage and train the Housekeeping and Pantry teams to keep the project site neat, clean and hospitable
- Manage and maintain visitor logs, registers and databases to track site attendance and visitor demographics and share the details with the Directors
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional events, property launches and customer engagement initiatives at the project sites.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or related field

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Previous experience of 5+ years in hospitality, customer service or guest relations roles, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong Organisational skills and attention to details with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast paced environment
- Customer focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service to visitors/guests.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, based on project schedules and events
- Knowledge of local area attractions, amenities and services in Mumbai is a plus
- Professional appearance, conduct and demeanor with a strong sense of integrity and discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
