Job Summary:
A Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and managing data within the organization's systems. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's information, which is essential for making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Input and Management**: Accurately enter data into organizational systems, handling various types of information, including numeric, text-based, and coded data.
- **Data Verification and Validation**: Cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies and ensure all entries comply with company standards for accuracy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate reports and summaries used by other teams for audits, presentations, and decision-making processes.
- **File Maintenance**: Organize and maintain both physical and digital documents, ensuring data is secure and easily accessible.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with other departments to clarify data and support administrative tasks involving data handling.
- **Confidentiality**: Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a data entry or similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in data entry software and tools, excellent typing speed and accuracy, Expertise in Excel is Must, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time management, and organizational skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to work with large volumes of data, good communication and teamwork skills, understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
