Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
General Office Management:
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.

Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition.

Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.

Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and records.

Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.

Reception and Front Desk:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Financial Administration:
Assist with financial record-keeping, including expense reports and invoices.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

Travel and Accommodation Coordination:
Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Coordinate itineraries and travel documents.

HR Support:
Assist with the onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks as needed.

Event Coordination:
Help organize company events, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate catering and logistics for special occasions.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
