**Job Opening: Telecalling Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)**

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a **Telecalling Customer Service Representative** role. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking for a stable position with weekends off, this could be the ideal job for you

**Position Details**:

- **Shift Timing**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
- **Off Days**: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
- **Location**: [Specify location or if remote]
- **Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers, providing information about products/services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback over the phone.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and support.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
- Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
